• Keep an Environmental Management System to ensure compliance with legal requirements in its processes, products and services;
• Promote a systematic reduction in energy and water consumption;
• Manage work residues, minimizing their generation and optimizing their recycling (in accordance with the D.Lgs. 22/97 and following modifications) and their separate collection;
• Keep liquid effluents and air emissions at the minimum level of pollution required by current regulations (D. Lgs. 152/99 and following modifications, and D.P.R. 203/88 and following modifications), and according to the best available technologies;
• Pursue in its production processes requirements in compliance with current environmental and health legislation, low consumption, low noise (through the use of machinery compliant with EEC directives);
• Promote the awareness and involvement of its workers so that they implement the Environmental Policy in their activities with the aim of satisfying its clients and progressively reducing the impact on the environment;
• Promote the awareness and involvement of its contractors and suppliers so that their procedures would be respectful of the environment;
• Foster relationships with stakeholders (clients, partners, suppliers, users) based on transparency and on the reduction of negative impacts on the environment;
• Carry out one-off or periodic measures on its environmental impacts or characteristics related to them, in accordance with the legislation.
  

• Keep a Health and Safety Management System for workers to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements, in its processes, products, and services (D. Lgs. 81/08 and following modifications);
• Define, for each construction site, the steps of works’ realization as required by the executive final plan, and concerning the whole development of the work, from the preparation of the construction site to its dismantling, passing through all the working steps;
• Define, for each construction site, the tasks, equipment, and resources necessary to ensure the safety;
• Define a Risk Plan involving the critical points and countermeasures necessary to eliminate or limit the risk area and the relative likelihoods;
• Highlight any risk and danger related to the operations, including the use of dangerous, toxic and harmful materials or mixtures (acquiring all the product sheets);
• Definition of protective and preventive measures and PPE to be assigned to each worker or resource who is interested in the construction activities.

In order to systematically and consistently ensure the safety of workers on construction sites, the Group carries out the following activities:

– Risk analysis;
– Training of safety personnel;
– First aid training;
– Periodic monitoring of firefighting devices, escape routes, and evacuation plans in the rooms exposed at a high fire risk;
– Periodic inspection of electrical installations, with a particular reference to the efficiency of the opening devices for overload and leakage, and to the verification of the grounding systems;
– Periodic inspection and review of vehicles;
– Accurate and risk-adequate storage of each device and of any dangerous, toxic or harmful material.

• The expressed/unexpressed requirements of the clients;
• The adequacy of production and services to the intended use;
• The current legal requirements ;
• The current safety and control requirements;
• Requirements for the management of environmental matrices and impacts arising from its activities in order to continuously improve the environmental performance.

With regard to the organizational structure, the aim is to satisfy:

• The requirements of clients and other stakeholder;
• The efficiency of the organizational structure;
• The process parameters as defined during the setting-up and implementation stages and, where not achieved, to control the deviations, analyzing their causes and effects;
• The management needs with a view to optimization and continuous improvement.

The policy that the Group aims to achieve, maintain, and continuously improve over time refers to the following objectives:

• Internal organizational efficiency, in terms of tasks and resources, with the aim of leaning and simplifying working procedures, safeguarding environmental and safety parameters, ensuring the clients rapid response and high quality levels;
• Effectiveness of intervention, in order to achieve full clients satisfaction;
• Compliance with legislative and regulatory contractual references in the definition of recommended and planned solutions;
• Verification of company performances in terms of:
  –Quality provided;
  – Environmental impact and associated KPIs;
  – Profitability of the capital and the relative invested work, in order to systematically and consistently ensure the quality of performance;
  – Participation to tenders by formulating technical-economic offers that are in line with the needs of the contracting authority and reflect the technical-organizational and economic-financial capabilities of the Group;
  – Verification that there is no difference in the contract between what is requested and what is offered;
  – Systematics verification and reviews of the carried out activities in order to ensure that the expectations of clients have been met;
  – Contract and communication planning with the other operators involved, in order to facilitate its management;
  – Carrying out the production process under controlled conditions and in accordance with the executive project;
  – Correct management of relations with suppliers and subcontractors, as the quality of the final product also depends on their work;
  – Resolution of any non-conformities in the product and process, by promoting actions that eliminate the causes and prevent their recurrence;
  – Provision of adequate assistance to clients both before the dealing of the contract and after the completion of the works.

In particular, the Group is currently carrying out and planning to carry out in the future with a strong conviction:
